Please review our Cancellation Policy before signing the rental agreement or sending any payments. We can accept credit card payments online thru PayPal.com. You will receive instructions on how to pay on-line thru PayPal.com after the rental agreement has been signed and you elect to pay the rental deposit on-line.

Basic Rental Requirements:

  • Rates: Low Season: Weekly $700.00, Daily: $125.00 (Minimum 3 days).
              Hi Season:     Weekly $800.00, Daily: $150.00 (Minimum 3 days).
              Call or E-mail for special Monthly rates.
  • Rental deposits not received within 7 days of reservation will result in automatic cancellation.
  • A 50% rental deposit is required - balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Rentals with less than 30 days notice require payment in full by Express Mail or Credit Card thru PayPal.com.
  • Rentals with less than 7 days notice require payment in full by Credit Card thru PayPal.com.
